Mark Maes is a seasoned business leader, speaker, and the Founder & CEO of Maes and Associates, a premier consulting and management firm. With over four decades of experience, Mark has built a career marked by visionary leadership, a relentless pursuit of excellence, and a passion for empowering businesses to achieve lasting success.
Prior to founding Maes and Associates in 2009, Mark was the visionary leader behind M&M Interiors for over 30 years. Under his direction, the Riverside-based company grew to become the fourth-largest non-union C-9 contractor in California, setting new standards for success in the industry.
Mark’s expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, from Marketing, Advertising, and Business to Construction Law, Management, and Architectural Blueprint Design. His thirst for knowledge has led him to participate in elite forums such as T.E.C., where he collaborated with Fortune 500 CEOs for over seven years, and BBL (Biblically Based Leadership), where he fine-tuned his leadership skills alongside top executives.
