Joseph Molina is the Co-Founder of FB Federal Credit Union and Executive Director of the National Veterans Chamber of Commerce. A veteran advocate, educator, and entrepreneur, Joseph works to empower veterans through business resources, training, and partnerships. He has served as a university instructor at institutions including Minnesota State and Park University, and co-authored a textbook on high-performance employee management. As a Soft Skills Master Trainer and leadership curriculum developer, he bridges education and industry to build stronger communities both locally and abroad.

Biography

Joseph Molina is a dynamic leader whose multifaceted career spans education, entrepreneurship, veteran advocacy, and economic development. As the Co-Founder of FB Federal Credit Union, Joseph has championed financial access for underserved communities while simultaneously supporting grassroots business growth through his role as Principal Partner of Alliance Funding Group, a Los Angeles-based firm dedicated to financing micro and home-based businesses across Southern California.

Currently serving as the Executive Director of the National Veterans Chamber of Commerce (VCC), Joseph is at the forefront of veteran empowerment. Under his leadership, the VCC has become a vital platform linking veterans with essential business resources, including financing, entrepreneurial training, coaching, and access to government contracts. He also spearheads collaborative partnerships that enable members to jointly pursue bid opportunities and created a pioneering peer review and ranking system for veteran services to ensure quality and accountability.

In academia, Joseph has made a lasting impact as a university instructor at institutions such as Minnesota State University, Park University, MiraCosta College, and Cal Poly Pomona. As a Lead Instructor for the Leadership Academy, and faculty member for various veteran-focused and extended learning programs, Joseph has educated and mentored thousands of students—many of whom are transitioning military personnel—on leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness.

A thought leader in workforce development, Joseph co-authored the textbook “Management Guide to Creating High-Performance Employees,” which is used in leadership and management training programs nationwide. He also co-developed the FORWARD LEADERSHIP curriculum, an innovative approach to employee leadership training that has been adopted by academic and corporate institutions.

Joseph is also a Soft Skills Master Trainer and Co-Founder of the Soft Skills Training Initiative. In this role, he leads programs designed to help educators embed essential soft skills into classroom activities and curriculum, equipping students with the interpersonal tools they need to thrive in today’s workforce.

Previously, Joseph served as the Program Director for Small Business and Entrepreneurship for the San Diego Region, where he played a critical role in aligning industry needs with educational programs to bridge workforce gaps and enhance regional economic development.

Joseph’s commitment to social impact extends internationally through his work with the NZE Foundation, where he serves on the Executive Board. The foundation is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and students in Uganda through education and mentorship.
